Privacy policy

This website sets no analytics or marketing cookies. No third-party services are contacted when the page loads. Fonts are served from our own server. There is therefore no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

When you open the site, the web server processes technically necessary connection data: IP address, time of the request, the address requested, HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, and the identifier your browser sends. This data is required to deliver the page and to keep the service secure.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is technical operation and defence against attacks. The data is not combined with other sources and is deleted after a short period.

The website runs at Hetzner Online GmbH in Deutschland. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. The data does not leave the European Economic Area.

All fonts are downloaded when the site is built and served from our own server. Your browser makes no connection to Google Fonts or any other external provider while loading the page, so no IP address is transmitted to a third party.

In normal operation this website sets no cookies.

During a maintenance period a single strictly necessary cookie may be set when an authorised person unlocks the preview. It contains only an expiry timestamp and its signature: no identifier and no personal data. It is set only when someone actively enters a passphrase, and it expires after eight hours.

On the home page you can ask an AI assistant about KMPLIFY. Your question is passed to a language model that works only from the content published on this website.

Your input is not stored, not logged, and not linked to an account, cookie, or profile. For rate limiting, only a truncated hash of your IP address is held in memory, never the address itself. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is answering product questions and preventing abuse.

Please do not enter personal or confidential data into the field. For specific matters, use the contact routes given in the imprint.

If you email us, we process your details in order to answer. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. We delete messages once they are no longer needed and no retention obligation applies.

This website links to separate applications, among them https://app.kmplify.de and https://portal.kmplify.de. Those have their own privacy notices. A link on its own transmits no data; only when you follow it does the linked application process your request.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21). Contact the address given in the imprint to exercise them.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
